Randy has spent nearly 25 years changing the face of Telecom at Sprint and Ericsson. He is respected for leading Industry 1st initiatives. These initiatives include Strategic Sourcing, High Speed Data Regulatory, Wireless carrier customer Migrations & the world’s largest Telco Network Transformation. All of which had significant shareholder value impacts. Randy received his Bachelor of Science Degree from The Ohio State University, College of Business. Randy has also maintained his roots in agriculture his entire life and currently owns and operates Hutch Farms in Gardner, Kansas.
